नेच्छाद्वेषनिमित्तत्वात् मातापित्रोः॥
necchā-dveṣa-nimittatvāt mātā-pitroḥ.
The child's body cannot be configured by the personal desires or aversions of the parents, because parents cannot choose their child's exact physical properties or fate at will.
Parents can intentionally control and program every single micro-setting of their child's mental and physical fate.
